IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Junior 7:30-9:00pm

Saturday, Jan 30/10 ALL TEAMS PRACTICING ***MANDATORY**
If athletes are absent for *any* reason they will not be permitted to compete at our first competition. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your practice to get ready - it is very important that all athletes arrive on time. Competition information will be going home, parents make sure you look at these as it will contain very important information! Location: ECS Gym, Gothic Arches - (Uptown) Wentworth Street
8:30am-11:30am Senior
11:30am-12:30pm Tiny
1:00pm-2:30pm Mini
2:30pm-4:30pm Youth
4:30pm-6:30pm Junior

All athletes are expected to be at all team practices as we are fast approaching our first competition!

DECEMBER INFORMATION PACKAGES
A very, very important information package went home in December which included important dates and other VERY important informaton regarding fundraisers. Please contact us immediately if you did not receive one or if you have questions about the balance in your son/daughters fundraising account.

Please note as of September 1st we will no longer be giving refunds to any athlete who leaves or is removed from the program.

When you or anyone you know dine at Boston Pizza, ask your server for an extra copy of your bill and have it stamped at the hostess desk! Give your receipt to Terra - Boston Pizza will give back TEN PERCENT (before tax) of all the receipts that we collect!

CURRENT EMAILS
Please make sure we have your (parents/gaurdians of athletes) current email address and that you check this on a daily basis. We will no longer be sending letters home.

PROPER PRACTICE WEAR
Please make sure your son/daughter ALWAYS brings sneakers and water with them to ALL PRACTICES. Athletes will not be permitted to practice without sneakers on! If you do not have cheerleading sneakers we will be placing our cheer gear order in about 2 weeks time.

REGISTRATION FORMS & REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
All registration forms and payments are now DUE 100%. You will not be allowed to participate until you pass your form in and pay your outstanding balance. Please contact us immediately if this is a concern.
